THE humble Petition of the above Appellant
respectively SH WETH:-

On the 18th. day of November 1913 the Appellant was arrested at Victoria in the doleny of Hongkong under a warrant charging him with having committed the orime of larceny in
China.
(2) On the 29th day of October 1913 a Requisition WAS addressed by the Governor General of the Province of Kwong
Tung to His Britannia Majesty's Censul General in Canton
requesting the extradition of the said Appellant on the ground
that he had at Canten en er about the 4th. day of August 1913 stolen the sum of $150,000 the property of the Government
the Province of Kwong Tung.

On the 27th. day of November 1913 a further Requisition
was addressed by the said Governer General of Kwong Tung to His
Britannic Majesty's maid Consul-General in Canten requesting the
